Parkwalk is a London-based independent investment management firm. We seek to generate significant capital gains through venture capital investing, enhanced by the attractive tax relief provided by the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS).
Parkwalk entered this investment space in 2009, anticipating a fresh wave of tax-efficient incentives launched by the UK Government to stimulate innovative emerging technology companies and thereby help drive economic growth. These incentives are already leading to higher company valuations, and higher returns for investors.
Our portfolio is focused on companies spun out from the UK’s leading universities and other research-intensive institutions to develop and commercialise relevant new technology. Parkwalk utilises academic, technology transfer, venture capital and personal networks developed over many years to gain access to the highest calibre deal-flow.
Our Funds aim for investor returns over four to eight years, via balanced portfolios of companies with varying investment stages to spread maturity and sector risk.
