We believe time is the element which matters most in our relationship with you. We make few investments per year and dedicate decidedly more time working with our existing portfolio than on looking at new companies. Time is what allows us to proactively help you in ways you want but did not expect. Time is what creates trust and understanding when your business encounters turbulence. Time is what allows us to apply decades of operational scar tissue tailored to help you resolve your thorniest problems.

We invest in early stage (seed, Series A, occasional Series B) business to business software companies. We don’t do consumer, telecom infrastructure, pure hardware or large capital projects. We look for potential market-making companies that leverage a wide range of next generation platforms, such as Mobile Enterprise, Internet of Things, Micro Services/Containers, Vertical SAAS, FinTech, Software Defined Networking, Hybrid Clouds, and Blockchain Applications.
