The FedEx Ground segment offers business and residential money-back guaranteed ground package delivery services, as well as consolidates and delivers low-weight and less time-sensitive business-to-consumer packages. The FedEx Freight segment offers less-than-truckload and other freight delivery services. The FedEx Services segment provides sales, marketing, information technology, communications, customer service, technical support, billing and collection services, and certain back-office functions that support its operating segments.
