The Comstock Organization is comprised if two primary operating companies; Comstock Holding Companies and Comstock Partners, LC, (privately held). Comstock has diverse interests throughout Washington, DC region in homebuilding and residential development, commercial and mixed use development, construction and contracting services, and real estate related services including asset and property management. Although its primary focus is the Washington, DC region, Comstock has developed a wide range of projects in multiple key markets in the southeastern United States. Comstock’s developments include numerous large and small communities in suburban and urban locations. Comstock has delivered thousands of residential units including single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums and apartments, as well as mixed use developments (residential and commercial), civic and community facilities, and major public infrastructure projects developed through public-private partnerships. Comstock’s management team has the experience necessary to conceive, design, develop, construct, deliver and manage virtually any type of real estate project.
