For over 24 years, ALPHR have been producing special purpose machines for some of the world’s leading manufacturing companies offering solutions to applications/production issues in a wide range of industries. Our extensive portfolio includes simple mechanical "Poka-Yoke" assembly stations, semi-automatic assembly and test stations, robotic manufacturing cells, Rotary Machines, and fully automated production lines. We specialise in both Industrial PC and PLC control systems, having experience with the leading manufactures such as Omron, Siemens and Mitsubishi. Specialist areas include: • Vision Inspection/Sensing & Measurement (Omron Partner) • PLC & PC Control Systems • LabView/VB.Net • Ultrasonic/Laser Welding • Palletised Production Lines • Leak Detection/Flow Measurement • Robots including Scara & Full 6 Axis To further compliment our in-house design and manufacturing facilities, ALPHR Technology work closely with suppliers such as Furness Controls, Omron, Cognex and Keyence to offer flexible solutions to production requirements Our approach is to develop strong working relationships with an emphasis on quality and practical automation.
