Commercial and Industrial developments carried out by the Company are self-financed and are retained for lease in the Group's property portfolio which presently totals more than approximately 90,000 square meter in the Central Belt and includes:- Small industrial units from 90 to 550 square meter, Larger scale industrial units and bespoke design and build industrial units from 550 to 6,500 square meter, Office developments from 120 to 9,200 square meter. The Company has built approximately 1,600 houses for private sale in the past 48 years and currently it is able to offer a range of flatted properties in Edinburgh.
